Even southwest provides entertainment free of charge and I consider them to be more of a budget airline. The flight was uneventful with minor annoyances like having to pay for entertainment and any sort of food. Also, much of the space had been taken up by jackets and bags that would have fit under the seats which I felt could have prevented nearly all of the checked bags.

These seats are boarded in group one so to have drink orders incomplete by the time group four is trying to board is irritating at best and incompetent at worst. I understand this is a perk of first class but I feel it could be better executed. Iberian Air delayed our departure from Madrid for technical difficulties, which I understand is the risk in air travel. Cons: 'The Madrid leg of the journey, operated by Iberian Air on route 6231, destroyed the goodwill earned by British Airlines.
